Did you get outside this weekend? I did—"trapped no more" I went on 3 hikes!

But I can imagine that some of us (including me) are feeling a bit sluggish in their bodies from the winter foods and winter blues.

FRUITION WOMEN'S HEALTH SPRING CLEANSE

When I lived in New York City my clients wanted to do a liver cleanse for spring time. Upon their request we all did a 4 week spring time cleanse.
It was great! and intense! Over the years I developed a 21 day cleanse that is gentle yet very effective.
